摘　　要：装配式建筑是建筑工业化的必由之路,其核心和关键是推进预制构件标准化设计、工业化生产,形成产业融合智能建造体系,从而提升工程质量、安全和效益。论文梳理预制混凝土构件质量标准现状,分析存在问题,并从标准研制、区域协作、人才培训、数字管理等方面提出了优化路径。Prefabricated buildings are the necessary path for building industrialization,and their core and key are to promote standardized design and industrial production of prefabricated components,forming an intelligent construction industry system that integrates the entire industrial chain,thereby improving engineering quality,safety,and efficiency.This article summarizes the current status of quality standards for prefabricated concrete components,analyzes existing problems,and proposes optimization paths from aspects such as standard development,regional cooperation,talent training,and digital management.
