摘 要:樟树市赣江二桥主桥采用(54+114+400+114+54)m双塔双索面结合梁斜拉桥,S0主墩承台位于河床之上,为充分利用赣江的枯水期以缩短施工工期,经方案比选及创新,采用堰内填砂取消封底+钢板桩围堰的新工艺方案,并做好抵抗水位上涨的预案措施,达到了快速施工的目的,节约了成本。采用Midas Civil建立钢板桩有限元模型,对围堰不同施工阶段的受力进行了分析,保证了结构安全。针对围堰特点,在结构受力、安全措施等方面进行了巧妙设计,论述了该围堰在设计、施工等方面的关键技术。The main bridge of Ganjiang Second Bridge in Zhangshu City is a(54+114+400+114+54)composite beam cable-stayed bridge with double pylons and double cable planes.The S0 main pier cap is located 3.7m above the riverbed.In order to utilize the dry season of the Ganjiang River and shorten the construction period,through scheme comparison and innovation,a new process scheme of filling sand inside the steel sheet pile cofferdam to cancel the bottom sealing is adopted,.Contingency measure is taken to resist water level rise.The new process scheme is achieving the goal of rapid construction and saving cost.A finite element model of steel sheet piles was established using Midas Civil to analyze the forces acting on the cofferdam during different construction stages.The numerical analysis ensures structural safety.Based on the characteristics of the cofferdam,ingenious design was carried out in terms of structural stress and safety measures.The key techniques in design,construction,and other aspects of the cofferdam were discussed.
