摘  要:灌浆饱满度是影响钢筋套筒连接质量的重要因素。基于目前工程现场主要采用的套筒灌浆工艺,通过控制灌浆压力和补浆工艺,对套筒及连通腔的饱满度进行模拟试验,分别研究无压灌浆、微重力灌浆、恒压力灌浆三种灌浆补浆工艺对钢筋套管灌浆饱满度的影响。结果表明微重力灌浆和恒压力灌浆相较于无压灌浆均能对腔体进行自主补浆,恒压力灌浆相较于微重力灌浆液面下降幅度更大、灌浆体饱满度更佳。通过混凝土超声波检测仪对连通腔部位的灌浆体饱满度进行检测也验证了上述结论。研究结果为优化套筒灌浆施工提供了依据和方法。Grouting fullness is an important factor affecting the quality of steel sleeve grouting.Based on the sleeve grouting process mainly used in the current project site,the fullness test of the sleeve and the connected cavity is simulated by controlling the grouting pressure and grouting process,and the influence of non-pressure grouting,micro-gravity grouting and constant pressure grouting on the fullness of steel casing grouting is studied respectively.The results show that micro-gravity grouting and constant pressure grouting can fill the cavity autonomously compared with no pressure grouting,compared with micro-gravity,the grouting level of pressure grouting decreased more,and the grouting fullness is better.The above conclusion is also verified by detecting the grouting body fullness of the connected cavity by concrete ultrasonic detector.The results provide the basis and method for the optimization of sleeve grouting construction.
