摘 要:随着我国城市建设的快速发展,顶管技术在地面交通繁忙、市政管线复杂的地下空间开发中应用愈加广泛,并逐渐成为研究热点。其中进出洞是顶管施工的重要环节,若进出洞失败将造成洞口上方地面沉降或塌方,危及周边建(构)筑物和市政管线安全。通常会对进出洞洞口采取高压旋喷桩、水泥搅拌桩、素混凝土墙、冷冻法等措施进行加固,然而由于各种原因,洞口加固失效的事件仍屡见不鲜。因此,结合工程实例,针对洞口加固失效后采用管棚支护技术接收顶管机的工艺进行论述,通过数值模拟分析和现场实测数据验证其可行性。结果表明,管棚法在示例工程中的运用取得了较好的效果,为类似项目提供了一种新思路。With the rapid development of urban construction in China,pipe jacking technology has been increasingly applied in the development of underground spaces with busy ground traffic and complex municipal pipelines,and has gradually become a research hotspot.The entry and exit of the tunnel is an important part of pipe jacking construction.If the entry and exit of the tunnel fail,it will cause ground settlement or collapse above the entrance,en-dangering the safety of surrounding buildings and municipal pipelines.Usually,measures such as high-pressure jet grouting piles,cement mixing piles,plain concrete walls,and freezing methods are used to reinforce the entrance and exit of the tunnel.However,incidents of ineffective reinforcement of the tunnel entrance still often occur due to various reasons.Therefore,based on engineering examples,the process of receive the pipe jacking machine by pipe shed support technology after the failure reinforcement of the opening is discussed in this paper.The feasibility is verified by numerical simulation analysis and on-site measurement data.The results indicate that the application of the pipe shed method in the example project has achieved good results,providing a new approach for similar projects.
