摘 要:针对老城区截流式合流制溢流(CSOs)污染问题,以长沙市桂花祠泵站服务区域为例,基于实测降雨数据、水质水量监测和数值模拟手段,以年均溢流频次控制率为考核指标,进行排水系统改造和CSOs调蓄池优化设计。工程采用“高低区单独截污+截污干管2倍截流+末端CSOs调蓄池建设”组合工艺来达到年均溢流频次控制率不低于50%,结合降雨特性和Infoworks ICM模型模拟分析,确定截污系统截流倍数、CSOs调蓄池容积,并精准确定相关设计参数,为老城区合流制排水系统改造和优化运行以及溢流污染控制工程设计提供参考和借鉴。In order to solve the problem of intercepting combined sewer overflows(CSOs)pollution in the old city,the service area of Guihuaci pump station in Changsha City is taken as an example.Based on the measured rainfall data,water quality and quantity monitoring and numerical simulation,the annual average overflow frequency control rate is employed to be the control index for the drainage system reconstruction and optimal design of CSOs storage tank.The combined process of"separate sewage interception in high and low areas+wastewater interceptor twice interception+end CSOs storage tank construction"is adopted in the project to control the annual overflow frequency of no less than 50%.In combination with the rainfall characteristic and Infoworks ICM model simulation analysis,the interception multiple of the wastewater interceptor system and the volume of CSOs storage tank are determined,and the relevant design parameters are accurately determined.It provide reference for the reconstruction and optimization operation of the combined drainage and design of overflow pollution control project in the old city.
