摘 要:某市河西片区污水管网长期处于高水位运行状态,实际运行水位位于管顶以上0.88~3.60 m,比正常运行水位偏高1.36~4.60 m。污水管网高水位运行对日常运营维护、管道检测和翻新施工及提高水质净化厂进水浓度等都有较大影响。为降低污水管网运行水位,主要从污水管网、提升泵站和水质净化厂3个方面剖析研究,分析造成河西片区污水管网高水位运行的原因,就前期检测、施工期和运维期分别提出降低河涌水位、管道临时调水、完善排水系统雨污分流和管网修复与翻建等工程对策,并结合建管并重、优化运行模式等非工程措施降低污水管网水位,恢复污水管网正常运行功能。In the Hexi area of a city,the sewage pipe network has been operating at a high water level for a long time.The actual operating water level is 0.88~3.60 m above the pipe top,which is 1.36~4.60 m higher than the normal operating water level.The high water level operation has a significant impact on daily operation and maintenance,pipe inspection and renovation construction and improving the inflow concentration of water purification plants.In order to reduce the operating water level of the sewage pipe network,the various links of the sewage pipe network,the pumping station,and the water purification plant are studied to analyze the reasons for the high water level operation of the local sewage pipe network in Hexi area,and propose engineering measures such as reducing the water level of rivers,temporary water diversion,improving the separation of rainwater and sewage,and repairing the pipe network during the early detection,construction,and operation and maintenance periods.In addition,non engineering measures of emphasizing construction and optimizing operation modes are combined to reduce the water level of the sewage pipe network,restore the normal operation function of the sewage pipeline network.
