摘  要:针对晋能控股装备制造集团成庄矿护巷煤柱尺寸过大、资源回收率低等诸多问题,以4317工作面为工程背景,采用理论计算与工程类比相结合的方式,确定最优煤柱尺寸,提出巷道锚网索支护方案,并对巷道破碎段预注浆加固技术、临近硐室充填技术进行研究。现场应用表明:43172巷顶底板移近量不超过90 mm,两帮移近量不超过160 mm,巷道围岩变形控制效果良好。Aiming at the problems of too large coal pillar and low resource recovery rate in Chengzhuang Coal Mine of Jinneng Holding Equipment Manufacturing Group,taking 4317 working face as the engineering background,the optimal coal pillar size is determined by combining theoretical calculation with engineering analogy,and the support scheme of roadway anchor net and anchor cable is put forward.The pre-grouting reinforcement technology of broken section of roadway and the filling technology of near the chamber are studied.The field application shows that the roof and floor convergence of 43172 roadway is not more than 90 mm,and the convergence of the two sides is not more than 160 mm,the surrounding rock deformation control effect of the roadway is good.
