摘　　要：针对煤矿井下巷道复杂多变、设备繁多、暂无体积较小输送能力较大的煤水混合物运输设备的问题,通过对适合运输固液混合物、污水淤泥的螺旋输送装备进行研究,研制具有较大处理能力且占用巷道空间较小、适应性较强的高转速螺旋输送机,解决煤矿井下煤水混合物运输问题。该高转速螺旋输送机可提升煤矿井下煤水混合物运输效率,降低人工劳动强度,有助于煤矿井工标准化建设。In view of the problem that the coal mine roadway is complex and ever-changing with numerous equipment and there is currently no small volume and large conveying capacity coal water mixture transportation equipment,by studying the screw conveyor suitable for transporting solid-liquid mixtures and sewage sludge,developed a high-speed screw conveyor with large processing capacity and small occupancy of roadway space,which has strong adaptability,to solve the problem of coal water mixture transportation in coal mine.The high-speed screw conveyor can improve the transportation efficiency of coal water mixture in underground coal mine,reduce manual labor intensity,and contribute to the standardization construction of coal mine.
