摘 要:煤岩中夹矸的存在增大了采煤机开采难度,且夹矸的分布具有一定的随机性,为了研究不同夹矸参数下滚筒的载荷特性,利用Pro/E构建螺旋滚筒三维模型,导入EDEM离散元软件中建立滚筒截割煤岩的耦合模型,开展不同夹矸参数下滚筒载荷特性研究。结果表明:在数值模拟研究范围内,滚筒截割阻力均值和峰值均值随着夹矸厚度的增大而增大;滚筒截割阻力均值和峰值均值随着夹矸层数的增加而增大。该研究为复杂煤层工况下的滚筒截割提供参考。The existence of gangue in coal rock increases the difficulty of coal mining,and the distribution of gangue has certain randomness.In order to study the load characteristics of drum under different gangue parameters,the three-dimensional model of spiral drum was constructed by Pro/E,and the coupling model of drum cutting coal rock was established in EDEM discrete element software to study the load characteristics of drum under different gangue parameters.The results show that within the scope of numerical simulation research,the average and peak values of the drum cutting resistance increase with the increase of the thickness of the gangue.The mean value and peak value of the cutting resistance of the drum increase with the increase of the number of gangue layers.This study provides a reference for drum cutting under complex coal seam conditions.
