摘  要:针对山东枣庄某矿区采煤工艺大多为高档普采,由于没有综采液压支架的辅助导致该采煤工艺用人多、产量低、回填时安全隐患大的问题,结合垂直导杆轻型液压支架结构的技术优势,设计了一种适合薄煤层填充的智能轻型液压支架。该支架安全可靠、投资少、收益率高,同时又能有效减少井下采煤工作面人员数量。Aiming at the problem that most of the coal mining technology are high-grade common mining in a mine of Zaozhuang of Shandong province,due to the lack of fully mechanized mining hydraulic support assistance,the coal mining technology is with more people,low output,back-filling security risks,a kind of the intelligent light hydraulic support suitable for thin coal seam filling was designed with technical advantage of vertical guide rod light hydraulic support knot.It is safe,reliable,low investment and high yield,and can effectively reduce the number of workers in the coal mining face is urgently needed by coal mine production units.
