摘  要:针对煤矿井下中煤灰粉尘多,现有煤机设备的磁力偶合器运动配合表面容易被粉尘覆盖,且在设备运转过程中粉尘易从配合间隙进入到机构内部,造成滑动机构卡滞和轴承润滑脂污染问题,设计了一种新的磁力耦合器调速机构形式,可改善其密封效果,同时将滑动传力作用面由线接触改为面接触,提高调速型磁力偶合器使用寿命。In view of the problem that there is a lot of coal ash dust in the coal mine,the magnetic coupling surface of the existing coal machinery equipment is easily covered with dust,and caus the dust easily enters into the mechanism from the coordination clearance during the operation of the equipment,a new type of speed governing mechanism of magnetic coupling was designed,which can improved the sealing effect and changed the action surface of sliding force transmission from line contact to surface contact,improved the service life of speed regulating magnetic coupling in the coal mine environment.
