摘  要:针对一些临街商住建筑和自建房,提出在既有底框砖房的底层增设砖抗震墙与内置门式刚架的组合加固方法,设计并制作了两个1∶2缩尺底框砖房模型,进行了加固和非加固模型的模拟地震振动台试验。基于试验现象和数据,对比分析了加固前后结构的动力特性、加速度响应、位移响应等。结果表明,采用组合加固方法后,结构自振周期减小、阻尼比增大、底层塑性变形集中和平面扭转效应明显减小,显著提升了结构的抗震性能。In this paper,for some commercial and residential buildings and self-built houses facing the street,a combination reinforcement method of adding brick seismic wall and built-in portal frame to the bottom of the existing bottom frame brick house is proposed.Two 1:2 scale models of bottom frame brick building were designed and built,and the simulation seismic shaking table tests of reinforced and unreinforced models were carried out.Based on the test phenomenon and data,the dynamic characteristics,acceleration response and displacement response of the structures before and after reinforcement were compared and analyzed.The results show that after strengthening,the natural periods reduce,the damping ratios increase,plastic deformation concentration in bottom frame and plane torsion effects reduce obviously.The seismic performance of the brick building reinforced by the combination reinforcement method is improved significantly.
