脱硫副产硫酸铵溶液在磷复肥生产中的应用

摘　　要：分析用硫酸装置尾气脱硫副产物硫酸铵溶液调整磷复肥产品质量的可行性;介绍硫酸铵溶液在磷复肥生产中的添加方式及添加量;考察添加硫酸铵溶液对磷复肥产品质量的影响。结果表明,使用硫酸铵溶液替代硫酸调整磷复肥产品质量可行,对产品质量基本无影响,并且在降低磷复肥产品生产成本的同时解决了硫酸铵溶液难利用的问题,具有较好的经济效益。The feasibility of using ammonium sulfate solution produced during tail gas desulfurization of sulfuric acid plant to adjust the quality of phosphate and compound fertilizer products is analyzed;The adding method and dosage of ammonium sulfate solution in the production of phosphate and compound fertilizer is introduced;The effect of adding ammonium sulfate solution on the quality of phosphate and compound fertilizer products is investigated.The results indicate that using ammonium sulfate solution instead of sulfuric acid to adjust the quality of phosphate and compound fertilizer products is feasible,has little impact on product quality,and solves the problem of difficult utilization of ammonium sulfate solution while saving the production cost of phosphate and compound fertilizer products,which has good economic benefits.
