摘　　要：云南云天化红磷化工有限公司氟硅酸钠装置排放尾气时常出现颗粒物超标。介绍氟硅酸钠装置尾气处理现有工艺流程和尾气排放现状,分析排放尾气颗粒物超标的原因。介绍尾气洗涤系统及配套设施改造方案,以及改造后尾气处理工艺流程。改造后,排放尾气颗粒物指标满足GB 16297—1996要求,达到了预期目的。The particulate matter content in exhaust tail gas from sodium fluorosilicate plant of Yunnan Yuntianhua Red Phosphorus Chemical Co.,Ltd.often exceedes the standard.The existing tail gas treatment process of the sodium fluorosilicate plant and the current status of tail gas emissions are introduced,and the reasons for exceeding the limit of particulate matter in exhaust tail gas are analyzed.The transformation schemes of tail gas washing system and supporting facilities,and the process flow after the transformation are introduced.After the transformation,the particulate matter index of exhaust tail gas meets the requirements of GB 16297-1996,achieving the expected goal.
