摘　　要：新修订的《中华人民共和国档案法》的实施推动了档案信息化建设,档案资源建设数字转型将成为推动档案事业高质量发展的重要支撑。对西藏历史档案资源建设开展数字转型研究,是助力全国历史档案数字资源体系建设的重要环节之一。文章基于西藏历史档案资源建设数字转型要义,分析转型现状,提出从总体设计出发,创新转型理念和机制,采取分布式数据库建设方式,推动数字资源和数字技术优化升级,以实现西藏历史档案资源建设数字化转型。The promulgation and implementation of the new Archives Law has promoted the construction of archival informatization,and the digital transformation of archival resources construction will become an inevitable trend in promoting the high-quality development of the archival industry.The research on digital transformation of the construction of Xizang's historical archives resources is one of the important links to help the construction of the national historical archives digital resources system.Based on the essence of digital transformation of Xizang's historical archives resources construction,this paper analyzes the current situation of the transformation,and puts forward transformation ideas and countermeasures.It is believed that starting from the overall design,we should innovate the transformation concept and mechanism,adopt the distributed database construction mode,promote the optimization and upgrading of digital resources and digital technology,so as to realize the digital transformation of Xizang's historical archives resources construction.
