摘  要:国内档案文创产品开发现已取得显著成果,但在产品创意性、趣味性、宣传效果等方面仍然存在一定问题。众赛是以竞赛形式向社会募集优质方案并向优胜者支付奖励的运作模式,具有汇集趣味创意、节约开发成本、扩大公众参与等优势,有利于提高档案文创产品开发质量。基于众赛的档案文创产品开发模式在资源、平台、模式方面具有可行性,但在起步阶段仍面临模式推广、质量控制、参与激励等难点,需通过平台双路径建设、加强众赛人才配置、制定多元激励措施、设置复合评选模式等方式,推动众赛模式在档案文创产品开发实践中发挥更大效益。The development of domestic archives cultural and creative products has achieved remarkable results,but there are still certain problems in terms of product creativity,interestingness and publicity effect.Crowdsourcing competition is an operation mode that collects high-quality programmes from the society in the form of competition and pays rewards to the winners,which has the advantages of gathering interesting creativity,saving development cost,expanding public participation,etc.,and is conducive to improving the quality of archival creative product development.The archives cultural and creative product development mode based on crowdsourcing competition is feasible in terms of resources,platforms and modes,but in the initial stage,it still faces difficulties such as mode promotion,quality control and participation incentives,etc.It is necessary to promote the crowdsourcing competition mode to play a more effective role in archives cultural and creative product development practice by means of the dual-path construction of platforms,the strengthening of crowdsourcing competition talents,the formulation of diversified incentives,and the setting up of a composite selection mode.
