摘 要:以北京地铁3号线一期工人体育场站为例,打设直径108 mm、82.3 m超长大管棚在砂卵石地层进行超前支护,砂卵石地层粒径和地层阻力较大,钻进过程中可能出现轨迹偏移、钢管断裂等情况。从钻机、空气压缩机、钻头和钻杆、管靴和108钢管等方面进行试验对比,选择适合超长大管棚在砂卵石地层施工的设备型号、材质类别。测量放线、钻机就位、导向管安装钻机、跟管钻进施工、注浆封口、监测等工序,证明了潜孔冲击器跟管钻进法打设超长大管棚砂卵石地层是可行的。Taking the Workers'Sports Stadium station of the first phase of Beijing Subway line 3 as an example,the ultra-long pipe shed with diameter of 108 mm and the length of 82.3 m was set up in the sand and gravel stratum for advance support.The sand and gravel stratum has large particle size and formation resistance,which may cause trajectory deviation and steel pipe fracture during drilling.In this paper,through the experimental comparison of drill,air compressor,drill bit and drill pipe,pipe shoe and 108 casing,the equipment type and material category suitable for the construction of super long pipe shed in sand and gravel stratum are selected.The process of measuring and setting off,drilling rig in place,guide pipe installation drill,pipe drilling construction,grouting sealing,monitoring and monitoring,etc.proves that the method of drilling with drill hole hammer and pipe is successful and feasible.
