综合止水技术在地铁暗挖隧道初期支护结构渗漏中的应用

摘  要:北京地铁6号线区间采用矿山法施工,区间结构顶板埋深18.21~27.65 m,由于部分隧道段处于粘土层,粘土层上方存在滞水,且粘土层具有吸水、存水的特性,使得隧道段像被“水囊”包裹,导致初期支护结构持续出现渗漏水现象。传统单一的注浆堵漏已经不能满足要求,且造价成本过高。经方案实践分析,采取以背后注浆+防水砂浆抹面+深孔注浆+引流管导排(导排至渗水井)的综合止水方案,有效地解决了现场初期支护结构的渗漏问题,为后续工作的开展奠定了坚实的基础。The section of Beijing Subway line 6 was constructed using mining method.The top plate of the section structure was buried at a depth of 18.21~27.65 m.Due to some tunnel sections being in a clay layer,there is stagnant water above the clay layer,and the characteristics of the clay layer absorbing and storing water make the tunnel section appear to be wrapped in a"water bag",resulting in continuous water leakage in the initial support structure.The traditional single grouting plugging method can no longer meet the requirements,and the cost is too high.Through practical analysis of the plan,a comprehensive water stop plan was adopted,which includes grouting at the back,waterproof mortar plastering,deep hole grouting,and drainage pipe drainage(leading to the seepage well),effectively solving the leakage problem of the initial support structure on site and laying a solid foundation for the subsequent work.
