摘 要:以北京朝阳站交通枢纽工程柔性大跨度钢结构网壳屋架为研究背景,研究钢结构整体滑移施工中的应力应变以及温度变化对钢结构的影响,为施工提供理论指导。采用高精度北斗系统实现施工过程中三维位形的秒级数据采集与分析,代替传统的全站仪位形采集方式,提高发现问题的速度,从而保障提升过程施工安全。为了确保工程在施工期间和服役阶段内安全,建立北京朝阳站钢结构施工监测系统。通过监测系统施工阶段和服役期间的结构施工安全,详细记录施工过程数据,为类似工程提供参考。Taking the flexible long-span steel structure grid shell roof of Beijing Chaoyang Station transportation hub project as a research background,investigating the stress and strain during the overall sliding construction of the steel structure,as well as the impact of temperature changes on the steel structure,providing theoretical guidance for construction.The high-precision Beidou Navigation System was utilized for real-time data collection and analysis of three-dimensional positions during construction,replacing the traditional total station method,enhancing the speed of issue detection,ensuring the safety of the lifting process.In order to ensure the safety of the project during construction and service,the steel structure construction monitoring system of Beijing Chaoyang Station was established.By monitoring the structural construction safety during the construction stage and service period of the system,the construction process data was recorded in detail,which can provide reference for similar projects.
