摘 要:对18个灌浆料试件进行了6个温度工况下的抗压承载力试验,在试验的基础上分析灌浆料在高温后抗压承载力的变化,推导出以温度为变量的抗压强度计算式。结合理论分析,推导出基于温度变量的钢筋在灌浆料中的极限抗拔力退化系数计算式。结合电子显微镜,分析灌浆料强度退化原因。极限抗拔力退化系数的计算式及原因分析可为火灾后装配式结构的安全评估及修复提供一定的借鉴意义。Compressive bearing capacity tests were conducted on 18 grouting material specimens under 6 temperature conditions,analyzing the changes in compressive bearing capacity of grouting materials after high temperature based on experiments,derive a formula for calculating compressive strength with temperature as a variable.Combining theoretical analysis,derive the calculation formula for the ultimate tensile strength degradation coefficient of steel bars in grouting materials based on temperature variables.Combined with electron microscopy,analyze the reasons for the strength degradation of grouting materials.The calculation formula and cause analysis of the degradation coefficient of ultimate uplift resistance can provide certain reference significance for the safety assessment and repair of prefabricated structures after a fire.
