摘　　要：在当前快速发展的技术环境下,计算机网络信息系统的项目管理成为一个重要领域,其成功实施对组织的战略发展至关重要。文章深入探讨了计算机网络信息系统项目管理的关键流程,尤其聚焦于项目立项和需求分析阶段。文中强调了在项目立项阶段进行彻底的市场调研和竞争分析的必要性,以确保项目计划与市场需求及组织战略的一致性。此外,需求分析环节的深入讨论揭示了如何通过与各利益相关者的有效沟通明确项目的具体业务和功能需求,从而为项目的成功规划和实施奠定坚实的基础,提供明确的指导。In the current rapidly developing technical environment,the project management of computer network information system has become an important field,and its successful implementation is crucial to the strategic development of the organization.This paper discusses the key process of computer network information system project management,especially focusing on the stage of project establishment and demand analysis.The paper emphasizes the necessity of thorough market research and competitive analysis at the project initiation stage to ensure the alignment of project plan with market demand and organizational strategy.In addition,the in-depth discussion of the requirements analysis session revealed how to clarify the specific business and functional requirements of the project through effective communication with various stakeholders,thus providing a solid foundation and clear guidance for the successful planning and implementation of the project.
