摘　　要：文章以某污水处理工程项目为例,研究建立以BIM模型为载体,以业务数字化为前提,以数据入库为基础,关联各类建(构)筑物设施和设备的各类信息的数字资产平台,围绕运维阶段的需要,利用地理信息(GIS)、物联网、移动通信、大数据、云平台等,通过BIM模型载体、各类过程数据的整合管理,形成数字资产,实现“数据资源化、管理数字化、决策智慧化、运维精细化”的目标,全面提升项目管理水平。Taking a sewage treatment project as an example,this paper studies and establishes a digital asset platform based on BIM technology as the carrier,business digitization as the premise,data storage as the basis,and various types of information related to various building(structure)facilities and equipment.Around the needs of the operation and maintenance stage,using geographic information technology,Internet of things technology,mobile communication technology,big data cloud platform technology,etc.,through the integration and management of BIM three-dimensional information model carrier and various process data,digital assets are formed to achieve the goal of'data resource utilization,management digitization,decision-making intelligence,operation and maintenance refinement',and comprehensively improve the level of project managemen.
