摘  要:铝合金U形臂锻造工艺复杂、流程长,楔横轧后的阶梯状长轴坯料弯曲时易出现失稳、折叠和形状尺寸精度差等问题。以某汽车铝合金U形臂为研究对象,分析了其产品特点和成形工艺方案。利用Deform软件对弯曲过程进行有限元数值模拟,预测了折叠缺陷并分析了缺陷产生的原因;提出一种多向压弯工艺,结果表明,多向压弯的锻件变形均匀,无折叠缺陷,实现了头部侧向压扁,预、终锻充型效果好。基于现有的铝合金精密锻造自动锻造生产线开展了试验验证,最终制得的铝合金U形臂锻件充填良好,表面质量高,与模拟结果吻合。研究结果表明,多向压弯工艺可以提高产品的质量和材料利用率。The forging process of aluminum alloy U-shaped arm is complicated and the flow process is long,then the stepped long-axis billet after cross wedge rolling is prone to instability,folding and poor shape and dimension accuracy when bending.Therefore,for the automobile aluminum alloy U-shaped arm,its product characteristics and forming process scheme were analyzed.Then,the finite element numerical simulation of bending process was carried out by using software Deform,and the folding defects were predicted and the causes of defects were analyzed.Furthermore,a new multi-direction bending process was proposed.The results show that the forgings subjected to multi-directional bending has uniform deformation and no folding defects,the head is lateral flattened,and the pre-forging and final forging filling effect are good.Based on the existing automatic forging production line for aluminum alloy precision forging,the experimental verification is conducted,and the final aluminum alloy U-shaped arm forgings are well filled with high surface quality,which is consistent with the simulation results.The research results indicate that the multi-directional bending process can improve product quality and material utilization rate.
