摘 要:新型63 MN热模锻压力机压力销采用碟簧液压缸进行夹紧,而老式的63 MN热模锻压力机压力销则采用后侧平衡缸进行夹紧,由于夹紧方式的不同,两者松开压力销后进行封闭高度调整所需克服的摩擦阻力矩也不同,因此所需要的驱动减速电机功率也不同。本文首先根据现场测试与计算,得出了新型63 MN热模锻压力机封闭高度调整装置的减速电机功率大小,然后通过对两者调封高所需克服阻力矩大小进行的详细计算,得出了热模锻压力机封闭高度调整装置传动机构的传动总效率,修正了《热模锻压力机》教材上的结论,为后期的设计计算提供了参考依据。The pressure pin of the novel 63 MN hot die forging press is clamped by the disc spring hydraulic cylinder,while the pressure pin of the original 63 MN hot die forging press is clamped by the rear balance cylinder.Due to the different clamping methods,the friction resistance torque to be overcome for the closed height adjustment after the pressure pin is released is different,so the required power of drive gear motor is also different.In this paper,the power of the gear motor of the closed height adjustment device of the novel 63 MN hot die forging press is obtained according to the field test and calculation;and through the detailed calculation of the resistance torque needed to be overcome by the two presses,the total drive efficiency of the drive mechanism of the closed height adjustment device of the hot die forging press is obtained,and the conclusion in the textbook"Hot Die Forging Press"is corrected,which provides a reference for the later design and calculation.
