摘  要:在“双碳”目标下,我国钢铁行业的绿色化转型应先从提高效率、节能降耗做起。结合近年国内典型热轧板带轧制生产线的设计与建设经验,对通过装备升级与节能技术的应用来提高产线生产效率、降低能源消耗的一些工程实践措施及实施效果进行了说明,为热轧板带生产线关键装备的设计及技术的选择提供了切实可行的借鉴。To achieve the carbon peak and carbon neutrality goals,the steel industry in China shall focus on green transformation to improve efficiency,save energy and reduce consumption.Based on the design and construction experiences of typical hot-rolled plate and strip rolling production line in recent years in China,in this paper,some engineering practices and implementation effects for improving production line efficiency and reducing energy consumption are introduced to provide a practical reference for the design and technology selection of key equipment of hot-rolled strip rolling production line.
