摘  要:近些年,风力发电机组大量投入运行,风机倒塔事件在各地频发,其中一部分倒塔是由于预应力锚栓失效导致。通过对基础缺陷、工具使用不当、锚栓笼安装不到位等锚栓失效案例进行分析,提出了对基础缺陷所在位置打孔,采用无机和有机灌浆料对基础进行灌浆加固处理等相对应的解决方案以及预防措施,取得了良好的效果,具有进一步推广价值。In recent years,a large number of wind turbine generator systems have been put into operation,and the collapsing accidents of wind turbine have occurred frequently in various regions,some of which are caused by the failure of prestressed anchor bolts.After analysis of the failure cases of anchor bolts,such as foundation defects,improper use of tools,and improper installation of anchor cage,the corresponding solutions and preventive measures,such as drilling holes in the location of foundation defects,using inorganic and organic grouting materials to reinforce the foundation,have been obtained,and good results have been achieved,which has further promotion value.
