连续管压裂封隔器失效原因及处理措施研究

摘　　要：针对连续管压裂封隔器失效问题,本次研究首先对连续管压裂封隔器失效的原因进行系统分析,在此基础上,开展连续管压裂封隔器失效处理措施研究,为延长连续管压裂封隔器的使用寿命奠定基础。研究表明:设计和质量问题、操作不当、环境因素以及维护不当是引发连续管压裂封隔器失效的主要原因,因此,需要从提高设计质量和材料质量、强化检查评估工作、提高操作水平以及强化封隔器保护等角度出发,采取多项措施,以此防止连续管压裂封隔器失效对油气生产作业产生影响。In response to the failure problem of continuous pipe fracturing packers,this study first systematically analyzes the reasons for the failure of continuous pipe fracturing packers.Based on this,research is conducted on the treatment measures for the failure of continuous pipe fracturing packers,laying the foundation for extending the service life of continuous pipe fracturing packers.The results show that design and quality problems,improper operation,environmental factors and improper maintenance are the main reasons for the failure of coiled tubing fracturing packer,many measures should be taken to improve the quality of design and materials,to strengthen inspection and evaluation,to improve the level of operation and to strengthen the protection of Packers,in order to prevent the failure of coiled tubing fracturing packer on the impact of oil and gas production.
