摘 要:随着油田开发时间增加,地质储量采出不断提高,储层特征、地层应力、流体性质等均会发生变化,油井井下技术状况日益复杂,严重影响油井产能。本文以L油田为例,针对井下事故井逐年增多问题,结合前期作业情况分析,对大修井进行分类,并开展大修工艺技术研究,包括印模打印、套铣、磨铣及打捞工艺等,重点对技术原理、技术要点及相关工具参数进行分析,指导现场实施大修取得较好经济效益。With the increase of oilfield development time and the continuous increase of geological reserves,reservoir characteristics,formation stress,fluid properties,etc.will all change.The downhole technology of oil wells is becoming increasingly complex,seriously affecting the production capacity of oil wells.This article takes L oilfield as an example to address the increasing number of downhole accident wells.Based on the analysis of previous operations,major repair wells are classified and major repair process technology research is carried out,including mold printing,sleeve milling,grinding and milling,and salvage processes.The focus is on analyzing technical principles,key points,and related tool parameters to guide on-site implementation of major repairs and achieve good economic benefits.
