摘 要:油气田埋地单井钢质管道的外防腐措施通常仅采用外防腐层。国标中没有强制要求采用阴极保护。但是,对于土壤腐蚀性较强的地区,仅采用外防腐层不足以保护管道,需要采用阴极保护技术对管道进行保护。阴极保护方式的选择一方面需要考虑工程的经济性,另一方面需要考虑油气田复杂的埋地管网,单井布置等因素。通过对单井管道阴极保护技术应用中各方面问题进行分析,确定单井管道阴极保护方式选择原则。The external anti-corrosion measures for buried single well steel pipelines in oil and gas fields usually only use an external anti-corrosion layer.There is no mandatory requirement for cathodic protection in the national standard.However,for areas with strong soil corrosiveness,using only an external anti-corrosion layer is not sufficient to protect the pipeline,and cathodic protection technology is needed to protect the pipeline.The selection of cathodic protection methods requires consideration of both the economic viability of the project and the complex buried pipeline network and single well layout of oil and gas fields.This article analyzes various issues in the application of cathodic protection technology for single well pipelines and determines the principles for selecting cathodic protection methods for single well pipelines.
