摘  要:主要探讨了复合盐钻井液对钻具腐蚀的影响及控制对策。首先,分析了复合盐钻井液的成分和化学性质特点,以及钻具腐蚀的机理,包括电化学腐蚀、腐蚀参数影响因素和特殊环境条件下的腐蚀。针对这些问题,提出了相应的控制对策,包括加强材料选择和表面工艺,优化复合盐钻井液参数,以及加强技术管理和控制措施,从而降低钻具腐蚀几率,提高钻井作业的效率和安全性。This paper mainly discusses the composite salt drilling fluid on drill tool corrosion and control measures.First,the composition and chemical property characteristics of the composite salt drilling fluid and the mechanism of drilling tool corrosion were analyzed,including electrochemical corrosion,corrosion parameters and corrosion under special environmental conditions.In the light of these problems,the corresponding control countermeasures are put forward,including strengthening the selection of materials and surface technology,optimizing the parameters of composite salt drilling fluid,and strengthening the technical management and control measures,so as to reduce the corrosion rate of drilling tools,improve the efficiency and safety of drilling operations.
