摘  要:随着工业智能化的发展,为了解决电解精炼车间中现有系统模型可视性差、工艺数据展示不直观、工艺设备依赖人工操作、数据录入离散不实时、操作人员存在安全监管不到位等问题,一套数字孪生系统被开发出来,完成了厂区建模、设备健康管理、工艺数据可视化、历史回溯、应急演练、数据报表与分析、人员定位、机组远程控制、车间内联锁控制和多源数据接入这10种功能。数字孪生系统打通各系统之间的数据孤岛,全方面采集车间的数据。在数字孪生的基础上运用大数据技术、结合特定的算法,实现数据分析和数据预测,最终实现产品良率提升、产业结构优化、成本降低、人员减少。With the development of industrial intelligence,in order to solve the problems of poor visibility of existing system models,non-intuitive display of process data,reliance on manual operation of process equipment,discrete and nonreal-time data entry,and insufficient safety supervision of operators in the electrorefining tank house.A digital twin system has been developed,which includes ten functions:plant modeling,equipment health management,process data visualization,historical tracing,emergency drills,data reporting and analysis,personnel tracking,remote control of units,interlocking control within the workshop,and multi-source data integration.The digital twin system bridges the data islands between different systems and comprehensively collects data from the workshop.Based on the digital twin,big data technologies are applied along with specific algorithms to enable data analysis and prediction,ultimately leading to improved product yield,optimized industrial structure,reduced costs,and reduced personnel requirements.
