摘  要:本文深入调研自然通风条件下铅电解厂房的空气流通影响因素,通过引入厂房外部干燥的新鲜空气,并在厂房天窗加装排风机,加速空气的循环,同时常温空气降低了室内的整体温度,稀释了原有的潮湿及电解液浓厚的气味。与仿真计算结合的方式,对某铅电解厂房进行了通风系统进行优化设计并实施改造。在现场测试得到,厂房温度下降5℃,厂房空气质量得到明显改善。This article conducts in-depth research on the factors affecting the air circulation in lead electrolysis plants under natural ventilation conditions.By introducing dry fresh air from the outside of the plant and installing exhaust fans in the skylight of the plant,the air circulation is accelerated.At the same time,room temperature air reduces the overall indoor temperature and dilutes the original damp and strong odor of the electrolyte.By combining simulation calculations,the ventilation system of a certain lead electrolysis plant was optimized and transformed.On site testing showed that the temperature in the factory decreased by 5℃,and the air quality in the factory was significantly improved.
