摘 要:随着现代工业的快速发展,冶炼行业在国民经济中的地位日益凸显。冶炼烟气中含有大量的硫氧化物,如何有效地将其转化为有价值的硫酸产品,是冶炼企业面临的重要课题。413kt/a冶炼烟气制酸系统作为一种常见的烟气处理工艺,其生产实践与技术改造对于提高冶炼烟气利用效率、减少环境污染、降低生产成本具有重要意义。因此,本文以某冶铜公司原有制酸系统为ⅢI一ⅣⅡ“3+1”为例,对系统采用采用全新的非衡态预转化、预吸收工艺进行改造后,能够提高冶炼烟气利用效率、减少环境污染、降低生产成本。With the rapid development of modern industry,the position of the smelting industry in the national economy is increasingly prominent.The smelting flue gas contains a large amount of sulfur oxides,and how to effectively convert them into valuable sulfuric acid products is an important issue faced by smelting enterprises.The 413kt/a smelting flue gas acid making system,as a common flue gas treatment process,its production practice and technical transformation are of great significance for improving the utilization efficiency of smelting flue gas,reducing environmental pollution,and reducing production costs.Therefore,this article takes the original acid production system of a copper smelting company as an example,which is III I-IV II"3+1".After adopting a new non-equilibrium pre conversion and pre absorption process for the system,it can improve the utilization efficiency of smelting flue gas,reduce environmental pollution,and lower production costs.
