摘  要:随着铜曼露天采场境界的不断推进,在采场境界内因历史原因存在着将近13200m2的工业厂房。为不影响整个露天采场的正常推进与发展,需尽快完成相关工业厂房的拆除,为矿山生产剥离创造条件。经现场勘测后得知,该区域内工业厂房设计较复杂、建造标准高。现场采用挖掘设备进行拆除将会导致机械设备效率过低且无法保证施工安全。经多次方案论证后,一致认为,采用拆除爆破是高效安全的施工方案。为完成此次大规模拆除爆破,公司爆破技术组与爆破公司进行了深入的探讨及研究,破解了企业的生产难题,为同类露天矿山碰到类似生产难题时找到了解决途径。此爆破经验是值得类似矿山参考使用的。Withthe development of Tongman open-pit,there are nearly 13200m2 industrial buildings in the stope for historical reasons.In order not to affect the normal progress and development of the whole open pit,it is necessary to complete the demolition of related industrial plants as soon as possible to create conditions for the mining production stripping.After on-site investigation,it is found that the design of industrial workshop in this area is complicated and the construction standard is high.The use of excavating equipment on site will lead to low efficiency of mechanical equipment and can not guarantee construction safety.After many plans demonstration,it is agreed that demolition blasting is an efficient and safe construction plan.In order to complete the large-scale demolition blasting,the company Blasting Technical Group and the blasting company carried out in-depth discussion and research,and solved the production problems of the enterprise,for the same kind of open-pit mines encountered similar production problems to find a solution.This blasting experience is worthy of similar mines for reference.
