摘  要:随着对矿产资源需求的增加,矿产资源勘探逐渐向更深更复杂的地层发展。复杂地层深部钻探存在许多难点,孔内事故预处理是其中的重要关键技术之一,为降低深孔钻探孔内事故发生率,在施工过程中做好事故预防,本文分析常见深孔孔内事故特点,针对坍塌卡钻、压差/粘吸卡钻和缩径卡钻三种情况进行了形成原因、卡点原因及事故处理应对措施,重点分析了井漏和坍塌两重孔内事故,以及孔内事故的预防措施。With the increasing demand for mineral resources,mineral resources exploration is gradually developing to deeper and more complex strata.There are many difficulties in deep drilling in complex strata,and in-hole accident and treatment is one of the important key technologies.In order to reduce the incidence of accidents in deep-hole drilling and prevent accidents in the process of construction,this paper analyzes the characteristics of common deep-hole accidents,and carries out the causes of formation,sticking and accident treatment measures for the three cases of collapse sticking,pressure difference/suction sticking and diameter-shrinking sticking.This paper focuses on the analysis of the accidents in the double holes of well leakage and collapse,as well as the preventive measures.
