摘  要:随着氟化锂价格逐渐攀升,针对熔盐电解生产镨钕金属氟化锂单耗偏高的现象,氟化锂替代或部分替代研究实验再次被提出来,寻求氟化锂替代或部分替代品已经成为稀土熔盐电解行业亟需解决的工作任务之一,因此,进行氟化钡部分替代氟化锂对电解生产的影响研究。研究表明:采用氟化钡对氟化锂进行部分替代,在一定程度上可以降低电解生产过程中氟化锂的消耗,氟化钡替代比为10%~15%时,对金属的质量、产量、一次合格率均影响较小,氟化钡替代比超过15%,其会影响金属的正常电解,造成产量、质量的波动。With the increasing of the price of lithium fluoride,the experiment of substituting or partly substituting lithium fluoride has been put forward again,aiming at the phenomenon of high unit consumption of praseodymium neodymium metal lithium fluoride produced by molten salt electrolysis,it has become one of the most urgent tasks to seek the replacement of lithium fluoride or part of it,so the effect of barium fluoride partly replacing lithium fluoride on the production of electrolysis is studied.The results show that the partial replacement of lithium fluoride by barium fluoride can reduce the consumption of lithium fluoride in electrolytic production to a certain extent,the replacement ratio of barium fluoride is more than 15%,which will affect the normal electrolysis of metal and cause the fluctuation of output and quality.
