摘　　要：建筑行业的健康发展对于国家经济的建设和保障人民生命财产的安全至关重要,不仅关系到公共服务的安全,还直接影响社会的稳定和发展。因此,参与项目建设的企业必须严格关注施工项目的质量,并强化施工过程中的质量管理。本文旨在探究建筑工程质量管理和控制的关键特点,分析目前建筑行业在工程质量管理和控制方面的现状,提出实施建筑工程质量管理和控制的具体内容,还讨论了在建筑工程质量管理和控制方面采取的相关策略。The healthy development of the construction industry is very important for the construction of the national economy and ensuring the safety of people's lives and property,which is not only related to the safety of public services,but also directly affects the stability and development of society.Therefore,enterprises involved in the construction of the project must pay strict attention to the quality of the construction project and strengthen the quality management during the construction process.The purpose of this paper is to explore the key characteristics of construction project quality management and control,analyze the current situation of construction industry in construction quality management and control,put forward the specific content of construction project quality management and control,and discuss the relevant strategies adopted in construction project quality management and control.
