摘　　要：目前市场上提供的保障性住房种类繁多且价格昂贵,导致许多人无法负担。因此,需要寻找一种更加经济实惠的方法,以满足人们的需求并促进社会的发展。文章基于保障性的住房理论,通过研究保障性住房套型产业化设计模块,并结合适老型住宅的空间布局设计,有效提高了保障性住房的适用性和可持续性,为保障性住房产业的发展提供了有力支持。At present,there are various types of affordable housing available in the market,which are expensive and unaffordable for many people.Therefore,it is necessary to find a more cost-effective method to meet people's needs and promote social development.The article is based on the theory of affordable housing.By studying the industrialization design module of affordable housing units and combining it with the spatial layout design of elderly friendly housing,the applicability and sustainability of affordable housing have been effectively improved,providing strong support for the development of the affordable housing industry.
