摘　　要：动态成本控制作为一种新型的成本管理方法,通过实时监控、及时调整和灵活应对的手段更加适应市政工程建设的复杂性和不确定性。文章介绍了市政工程造价管理的重要性,着重探讨了动态成本控制在该领域的应用,包括建立动态成本预测模型、制定成本控制策略等,以期构成一个有效的成本管理体系,为项目的顺利实施和可持续发展提供坚实的保障。As a new type of cost management method,dynamic cost control is more suitable for the complexity and uncertainty of municipal engineering construction through real-time monitoring,timely adjustment,and flexible response.The article introduces the importance of municipal engineering cost management and focuses on exploring the application of dynamic cost control in this field,including establishing dynamic cost prediction models,formulating cost control strategies,etc.,in order to form an effective cost management system and provide solid guarantees for the smooth implementation and sustainable development of projects.
