摘　　要：绿色低碳建筑作为一种新型建筑形式受到了广泛关注。然而,由于其建设过程中存在着诸多问题,绿色低碳建筑的发展受到了限制。因此,如何有效地推进绿色低碳建筑的施工管理成为了当前亟待解决的问题。为了更好地推动绿色低碳建筑的建设和发展,文章从绿色低碳建筑的概念及其特点入手,分析了目前绿色低碳建筑创新与保障措施,以期为绿色低碳建筑的推广提供有益参考。Green and low-carbon buildings have received widespread attention as a new form of construction.However,due to the many problems that exist during its construction process,the development of green and low-carbon buildings is limited.Therefore,how to effectively promote the construction management of green and low-carbon buildings has become an urgent problem to be solved.In order to better promote the construction and development of green and low-carbon buildings,this article starts with the concept and characteristics of green and low-carbon buildings,analyzes the current innovation and guarantee measures of green and low-carbon buildings,in order to provide useful reference for the promotion of green and low-carbon buildings.
