摘  要:为解决铝合金亮面车轮力学性能差,不满足奔驰、宝马、奥迪(简称BBA)等高端客户要求的问题,讨论了低温底粉+色漆+精车+KSL(锐角保护漆)+亮粉,低温底粉+色漆+精车+透明底漆/高膜厚亮漆(湿碰湿)2种改进工艺对亮面产品力学性能(屈服强度、抗拉强度、延伸率、布氏硬度)的影响,并对喷涂后铝合金试件的漆膜性能(膜厚、附着力、耐碎石冲击、CASS、丝状腐蚀、耐高湿、耐化学品)进行测试评估。结果表明:采用低温底粉+色漆+精车+透明底漆/高膜厚亮漆涂装工艺,所得产品力学性能优于现有亮面产品涂装工艺,且漆膜性能合格,可在高端客户亮面产品上小批量试用。In order to solve the problem of poor mechanical properties of aluminum alloy machining bright wheels and to meet high-end customer requirements such as Benz,BMW,Audi(BBA).Firstly the effects of two kinds of improving coating process on the mechanical properties(yield strength,tensile strength,elongation,hardness)of machining bright wheels were discussed:low temperature curing power primer+enamel+machining+KSL(Acute Angle protective paint)+transparent powder,low temperature curing power primer+enamel+machining+transparent primer/high film thickness clearcoat(wet-on-wet).Secondly the film properties of the sprayed hubs(e.g.film thickness,adhesion,chipping resistance,CASS,filiform corrosion,moisture and chemicals resistance)were investigated and evaluated.The results suggested that the improving coating process formed by low temperature curing power primer+enamel+machining+transparent primer/high film thickness clearcoat(wet-on-wet)with better mechanical properties than the existing coating process and qualified film properties could be applied in small batches on the machining bright wheels of high-end customer.
