摘  要:烟草青枯病是一种毁灭性的细菌性土传病害,其病原菌是青枯雷尔氏菌(Ralstonia solanacearum),生物防治是行之有效的烟草青枯病绿色防控技术措施。本研究选用新农药105亿CFU/g多粘菌·枯草菌可湿性粉剂,开展了其对烟草青枯病的室内抑菌试验和田间药效试验。结果表明,105亿CFU/g多粘菌·枯草菌可湿性粉剂防治烟草青枯病效果显著,能减轻该病害的发生程度,药剂用量为900 g/hm^(2)时田间防效可达76.08%;同时,施用105亿CFU/g多粘菌·枯草菌可湿性粉剂还能改善烟草的株高、茎围、叶片数、最大叶面积、产量、上等烟比例和中上等烟比例等农艺性状和经济性状。105亿CFU/g多粘菌·枯草菌可湿性粉剂推荐用量为600~900 g/hm^(2)。Tobacco bacterial wilt is a destructive bacterial soil-borne disease,and its pathogen is Ralstonia solanacearum.Biological control is an effective green prevention and control technology for tobacco bacterial wilt.In order to explore the control effect of the new pesticide 10.5 billion CFU/g Paenibacillus polymyxa·Bacillus subtilis WP against tobacco bacterial wilt,this study conducted indoor antibacterial and field efficacy experiments.The results showed that 10.5 billion CFU/g Paenibacillus polymyxa·Bacillus subtilis WP had a significant effect on the prevention and control of tobacco bacterial wilt,and could reduce the occurrence degree of the disease.When the dosage of the agent was 900 g/hm^(2),the field control effect could reach 76.08%.At the same time,the application of 10.5 billion CFU/g Paenibacillus polymyxa·Bacillus subtilis WP could also improve the agronomic and economic characteristics of tobacco,including plant height,stem circumference,leaf number,maximum leaf area,yield,proportion of superior tobacco leaves and proportion of middle and superior tobacco leaves.600-900 g/hm^(2) is the recommended dosage for 10.5 billion CFU/g Paenibacillus polymyxa·Bacillus subtilis WP in the prevention and control of tobacco bacterial wilt.
