摘 要:本文系统评述了近年来活性炭的主要制备方法,其中:化学活化法可短时间制备出高比表面积的活性炭,但会带来较严重的污染;与化学活化法相比,物理活化法具有工艺简单、清洁等优点,但所制备活性炭的孔结构较低,吸附性能偏弱;物理-化学活化法结合物理活化法和化学活化法两种方法的优点,可调节活性炭结构,制备出合适的活性炭;微波加热活化法不仅可以降低预处理成本,还可以提高加热速率。本文还比较了不同改性方法的优劣,并对高比表面积活性炭的发展前景进行了展望。This paper systematically reviews the main preparation methods of activated carbon in recent years.Chemical activation method can produce activated carbon with high specific surface area in a short period of time,but it can cause serious pollution.Compared with chemical activation method,physical activation method has the advantages of simple process and cleanliness,but the activated carbon has a lower pore structure and weaker adsorption performance.The physical-chemical activation method combines the advantages of both physical activation method and chemical activation method,it can adjust the structure of activated carbon and prepare suitable activated carbon.The microwave heating activation method can not only reduce the pre-treatment cost,but also increase the heating speed.This paper also compares the advantages and disadvantages of different modification methods,and looks forward to the development prospects of activated carbon with high specific surface area.
