摘 要:采用真空烧结方法成功制备了WC-TiC-VC-Fe硬质合金,研究了TiC、VC添加对WC-Fe硬质合金的显微组织及热震性能的影响。结果表明:添加TiC、VC使硬质合金中形成了(W、Ti、V)C固溶体,随着TiC、VC含量的增加,WC的晶粒尺寸呈现先降低再升高趋势,WC晶粒尺寸最小为0.86μm;TiC和VC的添加量各为3 mass%时,硬质合金的性能最佳,热疲劳至材料失效的次数达160次。通过添加TiC、VC改变了硬质合金的热疲劳裂纹扩展方式,由于新生的相加大了WC之间的间距,有效地提升裂纹扩展阻力,使其抗热震性能提升。WC-TiC-VC-Fe cemented carbides were successfully prepared by vacuum sintering method,and the effects of TiC and VC addition on microstructure and thermal shock properties of the WC-Fe cemented carbides were investigated.The results show that the addition of TiC and VC results in the formation of(W,Ti,V)C solid solutions in the cemented carbides.With the increase of TiC and VC content,the grain size of WC shows a trend of first decreasing and then increasing,and the minimum grain size is 0.86μm.When the addition amounts of TiC and VC are 3 mass%each,the performance of the cemented carbide is the best,and the thermal shock times for material failure is 160.By adding TiC and VC,the thermal fatigue crack propagation mode of the cemented carbides is changed.Due to the newly formed phases,the spacing between WC is increased,effectively improving the crack propagation resistance and enhancing its thermal shock resistance.
