摘 要:采用晶间掺杂法在钕铁硼合金粉体中掺入Al_(2)O_(3),制备了Al_(2)O_(3)掺杂的烧结钕铁硼磁体,研究了Al_(2)O_(3)掺杂对钕铁硼磁体的电阻率、磁性能和微观结构的影响。结果表明:磁体电阻率随着Al_(2)O_(3)掺杂量的增加逐步提高,由未掺杂时的125.2μΩ·cm提高到Al_(2)O_(3)掺杂量为0.5 mass%时的144.4μΩ·cm,提高了15.3%;磁体矫顽力随着Al_(2)O_(3)掺杂量的增加呈先增大后减小的趋势,未掺杂磁体的矫顽力为13.28 kOe,当Al_(2)O_(3)掺杂量为0.3 mass%时,矫顽力达到最大值14.97 kOe,继续增加Al_(2)O_(3)掺杂量,磁体矫顽力开始下降;剩磁随着Al_(2)O_(3)掺杂量的增加逐步降低,由未掺杂时的13.97 kGs下降到Al_(2)O_(3)掺杂量为0.5 mass%时的12.69 kGs。掺杂适量的Al_(2)O_(3)有利于抑制磁体在烧结过程中的晶粒长大,从而起到细化晶粒的作用,提高磁体矫顽力,同时对温度稳定性也起到一定改善作用。Al_(2)O_(3)-doped sintered NdFeB magnets were prepared by intergranular doping of Al_(2)O_(3)into NdFeB alloy powder.Effect of Al_(2)O_(3)doping on the resistivity,magnetic properties and microstructure of the NdFeB magnets was studied.The results show that the magnetic resistivity gradually increases with the increase of Al_(2)O_(3)doping content,from 125.2μΩ·cm without dopiong to 144.4μΩ·cm when the Al_(2)O_(3)doping content is 0.5 mass%,increasing by 15.3%.The coercivity of the magnets increases first and then decreases with the increase of Al_(2)O_(3)doping content.The coercivity of the undoped magnet is 13.28 kOe,and when the Al_(2)O_(3)doping content is 0.3 mass%,the coercivity reaches its maximum value of 14.97 kOe.Continuing to increase the Al_(2)O_(3)doping content,the coercivity of the magnets begins to decreases.The magnet remanence gradually decreases with the increase of Al_(2)O_(3)doping content,from 13.97 kGs without doping to 12.69 kGs when the Al_(2)O_(3)doping content is 0.5 mass%.An appropriate content of Al_(2)O_(3)doping is beneficial for inhibiting the grain growth of the magnets during the sintering,thereby refining the grain size,improving the coercivity of the magnets,and improving temperature stability to a certain extent.
