摘 要:钢的表面强化技术在各个工业领域的应用都具有重要的实际意义。渗硼技术是最经济的选择之一,然而,该技术存在的主要问题是难以获得厚且致密的渗硼层。为解决这一问题,在AISI 410不锈钢表面进行了添加6 mass%的CeO_(2)的膏剂渗硼处理。采用光学显微镜、扫描电镜、X射线衍射、摩擦磨损实验和电化学工作站等研究了渗硼层的组织、物相和耐蚀耐磨性能。结果表明:渗硼层的显微组织由外到内分别是FeB和Fe_(2)B。在渗硼剂中添加CeO_(2)可以使AISI 410不锈钢基体表面产生更厚、更致密的渗硼层,从而提高其耐磨性和耐蚀性。稀土元素铈的催化机理可以归结为两个方面。首先,添加CeO_(2)可以参与渗硼过程中的化学反应,从而产生更活跃的硼原子。二是由于Ce原子尺寸大,扩散到钢表面会产生严重的晶格畸变,从而促进了硼原子的扩散。The surface strengthening technology of steel has important practical significance in various industrial fields.Boronizing technology is one of the most economical options,however,the main problem with this technology is the difficulty in obtaining a thick and dense boronizing layer.To solve this problem,a paste boronizing treatment with 6 mass%CeO_(2) addition to the boronizing agent was performed on the surface of AISI 410 stainless steel.Microstructure,phase and corrosion and wear resistance of the boronized layer were studied by means of optical microscope,scanning electron microscopy,X-ray diffraction,friction and wear experiments,and electrochemical workstations.The results show that the microstructure of the boronized layer is FeB and Fe_(2)B from the outside layer to the inside layer,respectively.Adding CeO_(2) to the boronizing agent can prepare a thicker and denser boronizing layer on the surface of the AISI 410 stainless steel substrate,thereby improving its wear and corrosion resistance.The catalytic mechanism of rare earth element Ce can be attributed to two aspects.Firstly,the addition of CeO_(2) can participate in chemical reactions during boronizing,resulting in more active boron atoms.Secondly,due to the large size of Ce atoms,their diffusion to the steel surface will cause serious lattice distortion,thereby promoting the diffusion of boron atoms.
