摘 要:该研究以测定内蒙古不同地区、采收期及部位多叶棘豆中槲皮素与山奈素的含量为目标。采用高效液相色谱法(HPLC)作为研究方法,并对其科学性进行评估。研究结果显示,内蒙古不同地区的多叶棘豆药材中槲皮素含量介于0.19~0.65 mg/g之间,山奈素含量则在0.04~0.14 mg/g之间。不同采收期中,花期的山奈素含量高于果期,而果期的槲皮素含量高于花期。不同部位中叶子的2种成分含量最高。该研究所建立的槲皮素和山奈素含量测定方法具有操作简便、准确度高、重复性和稳定性优良等特点,适用于多叶棘豆药材中槲皮素和山奈素的含量测定。The aim of this study was to determine the contents of quercetin and kaempferol in Oxytropis myriophylla in different regions,harvest times and parts of Inner Mongolia.High performance liquid chromatography(HPLC)was used as the research method,and its scientific nature was evaluated.The results showed that the contents of quercetin and kaempferol in Tropisms vulgaris from different regions of Inner Mongolia ranged from 0.19 mg/g to 0.65 mg/g and from 0.04 mg/g to 0.14 mg/g.In different harvest periods,the content of kaempferol in flowering stage was higher than that in fruit stage,while the content of quercetin in fruit stage was higher than that in flowering stage.The contents of two components in different parts of leaves were the highest.The method for the determination of quercetin and kaempferol established in this study has the advantages of simple operation,high accuracy,good repeatability and stability,and is suitable for the determination of quercetin and kaempferol in Oxytropis myriophylla.
