摘  要:针对露天矿运输系统复杂、影响因素众多等问题,开展了基于Blender开源软件的露天矿运输过程动态仿真实验研究。其主要研究内容为:提出了露天矿运输过程可视化动态仿真研究思路及开发环境,并基于Blender软件构建了露天矿运输场景三维模型;提出了“Blender+Python”的动态可视化仿真方案,初步搭建了了露天矿运输过程动态仿真框架及可视化展示方案;结合Sim Py离散事件仿真库、 Dijkstra算法等,研究了露天矿运输排队、路线优化等问题,实现了矿山运输过程的动态化仿真。实验结果表明,该方法提供了一种开展可视化仿真的新思路,具有开发环境简单、经济高效等特点,可用于高校类似课程开发、科研活动等方面。Aiming to address the complexity of the open-pit mine transportation system,including vari-ous influencing factors and associated challenges,we conducted an experimental study on the dynamic simulation of the open-pit mine transportation process using Blender open-source software.The main re-search content involves proposing ideas for visualizing and dynamically simulating the transportation process in open-pit mines,developing the necessary environment,and creating a three-dimensional model of the open-pit mine transportation scene using Blender software.The study introduces a dynamic visualization simulation program“Blender+Python”to establish a framework for dynamic simulation and visualization display of the open-pit mine transportation process.Additionally,it integrates SimPy into the dynamic simulation framework and visualization display program for the open-pit mine transportation process.The“Blender+Python”dynamic visualization simulation scheme is proposed,and the dynamic simulation framework and visualization display scheme of the open-pit mine transportation process are in-itially constructed.Combined with the SimPy discrete event simulation library and the Dijkstra algo-rithm,this study investigates the challenges of queuing and route optimization in open pit mine transpor-tation.It achieves the dynamic simulation of the mine transportation process.The experimental results demonstrate that the method offers a novel approach to conducting visualization simulations.It features a simple development environment,is cost-effective,and efficient.This method can be applied in similar course development and scientific research activities in colleges and universities.
