摘　　要：为解决水利工程中施工进度与质量管理的挑战,本文以尼雅水库联合闸井工程为例,对其施工进度与质量管理策略进行研究,提出了一套全面的管理措施,以期为相关人员提供参考。In order to solve the challenges of construction progress and quality management in water conservancy projects,this article takes the Niya Reservoir Combined Sluice Project as an example to study its construction progress and quality management strategies,and proposes a set of comprehensive management measures in order to provide relevant personnel with refer to.
