摘 要:随着井工煤矿开采深度逐渐增加,井下巷道及采掘工作面受地应力的影响越来越大,导致巷道支护难度增大。顺和煤矿针对大埋深高应力下巷道支护难的问题,通过优化施工工序以及增加支护强度,采取高强应力锚杆+W钢带+单体柱与π型梁搭配联合支护的方法,实现了综采工作面切眼大断面一次成巷,成功解决了大埋深高应力巷道支护和快速掘进问题。As the mining depth of the coal mine increases gradually,the influence of crustal stress becomes more and more seri-ous,which leads to difficulty of roadway support.In view of the dificulty of roadway support under large depth and high stress,by optimizing the construction process and strengthening support strength,the combined support method of high-strength stress bolt,W steel belt,single column and-shaped beam has been adopted in Shunhe Colliery,which realizes open-off cut in fully-mechanized mining face once-tunnel on large section and successfully solves the problems of support and rapid excavation for high stress tunnels with large depth.
